I’m set up to service the surrounding suburbs within the outer north. Lastly, my own practical experience goes back to 1988 when I first walked into a gym. How time flies.

I offer one-on-one personal training options or can facilitate semi-private personal training. This is particularly popular with my female clients. A friendly environment where you are part of a small team. These work well when they are all family members or partner, it’s up to you. My guaranteed to you is a professional level of customer service with an experienced trainer within a private environment.
My focus in delivering results covers.
General physical preparation. This approach targets the whole body and works it evenly. It’s your base condition. Once you develop your strength, endurance and flexibility you can then incorporate more specific and intense training. It’s what most programs should deliver. You need a strong and fit body first to get the results you want. One that is resilient enough and avoiding potential injuries.
Strength & conditioning. Should you be looking at taking you current training further and require the strength for you sport I can certainly help you out. Whether it be upper, lower or mid-section strength. I have over 35 years of practical experience and been as a strength and conditioning coach with ASCA since 2013. How about Increasing your fitness base? My running experience along with my understanding of the body has taught me how to go about increase you base of fitness. It all depends at what you need. Do you want to run a 10klm running event, a marathon? a trail run, or just continue complete in your sport and need further conditioning.
Improving your sports performance. Should you require a more resilient body in taking the knock you get from sports such as AFL, rugby, running or any impact sports, I can help you out in developing a stronger and more resilient body that can handle the impacts and condition you enough to be durable and enjoy your activities.
Weight loss/management. We will discuss your nutritional requirement and make the necessary adjustment in delivering you results. It’s just a matter of setting up realistic and achievable goals and working on strategies in keeping you accountable. Personal trainers are not nutritionist and cannot prescribe, however making lifestyle changes are more effective than a strict and inflexible generic diet.

Been inactive for a while? Sure, I can help you out. I’m quite happy to work on those who haven’t exercised or been out of action and now want to get back into it. It’s a matter of getting you to move better, take the pain away and get you on your way in feeling better. Plus, I have looked after many mums who are looking at getting back into fitness. Having worked as a larger group fitness facilitator for the morning mums’ classes has given me a certain understanding.
