With over 30 years of practical weight training experience you are dealing with a seasoned professional operator who previously has worked within various fitness facilities for many years.
Along with a solid background in Boxing and Traditional Martial Arts, you are sure to get results you are after. All within a properly equipped, hygienic and private facility.
Currently I run my own place that is designed for private training in a non intimidating environment. I’ve been operating since 2006. Ladies please note: I have run many group fitness classes and understand what you want.
