Strength and Conditioning

Since 1988 I’ve been fortunate to be either working out with weights (of various forms) been involved with traditional Karate and later taking up the sport of Amateur boxing.

It would be reasonable to think that I have picked up a bit of knowledge along the way with regards to training myself and others. With a solid practical background and supported by continuing formal learning, I’m able to deliver results from a few sound and tested options in getting the job done.

That is: getting you to perform better in life, sport or even look your best.

Bodyweight strength training

Bodyweight training has been around for a long time and has always proven to be a method in delivering results. Its both efficient and inexpensive as way in getting fit and strong. Just find a park and of you go

How good is it to get that elusive pull up? or master the one legged squat ( also known as a pistol squat)

Kettlebells

Underground strength coach

This is where the equipment used is not typical of what you would encounter at a local commercial gym. With Barbells being  a staple here at Claudefit. I also utilise items such as , Kettleells , Sandbags, battling ropes , body weight, Olympic rings, truck tyres and even a sledgehammer in getting the job done

Pure hard, no nonsense work!
