I have 26 years of practical weight training experience so you are dealing with a grown up and a professional operator who has previously worked with in various fitness facilities for many years.

Currently I run my own place that is designed for private training in a non intimidating environment. Ladies please note: I have run many group fitness classes and understand what you want.
